The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:

- Your email address

- Details relating to your physical and mental health.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you to provide you a bespoke work space assessment.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Your HR manager may provide us your contact details for us to get in touch directly with you.
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide a bespoke work space assessment and to provide you reminders to make the adjustments and when a further assessment is due.
We will share this information with your employer.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting sarah@ergonomicfix.co.uk
(b) We have a contractual obligation.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep your email address for the period of your employment. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from the system.
