Ankle Pain

Ankle pain can sometime be brought on by not supporting your feet fully on the floor whilst you’re working. You may have injured your ankle outside of work but then its aggravated whilst sitting at your desk.

Simple steps you can take to help with ankle pain:

  1. Make sure your desk-based assessment is up to date for your current situation. If you have pain you may need to change the way you are sitting or working at your desk space.
  2. Have regular desk breaks. It is recommended that you move every 20 minutes. Get up from your desk, make a cup of tea or just gently move in standing for a minute!
